Beautiful watch (Harriet) delivered very promptly (within a week to the UK) and the lovely wooden box pancaking re-purposed into a trinket box. Can not fault this company or the product at all.

Bought an Antoninus watch. I am thouroughly satisfied with my purchase, the watch is light but resistant and beautiful. Ive been wearing it for months and doesn't have a scratch.

My husband and I bought 7 Holzkern watches between us and we could not be happier. They are absolutely stunning! Adjusting the length of the bracelets is very easy too. We live in the UK and the delivery was faster than expected each time despite the pandemic. I would 100% recommend purchasing from them.

When a screw came down from the bracelet of my 2 year-old Holzkern watch I just sent an e-mail to ask for a replacement screw. Holzkern shipped me a new one and I can now wear my beautiful watch again.

Have been so greatly helpful as I was worried about it not coming in time. They responded really quickly and so helpful.

Recently I ordered my first 3 watches for Christmas gifts and even though initial delivery went wrong (courier didn't call upon arrival and returned it back to sender), and there were a few scratches on the watches, their customer service was quick to react accordingly. Really wonderful service, they alo sent me spare parts for the scratched watch immidiately. The watches are like a piece of art, I recommend them to everyone!
